Seriously?! They can't just do their job and send the disc like they were supposed to?! I am supposed to bring the disc to my doctor and do their job for them. I called several more times over the next week and a half about getting the fax report sent and the MRI disc sent and I was told by the staff at Clearview that since I had a copy I should just give it to them myself. Three hours later I checked with my doctor's office and they still had not received anything from Clearview. They assured me it would be sent “manually” after I got off the phone.
When I asked about the fax they were supposed to send with the report, I found out that the ball was also dropped on that one. When I finally got someone on the phone I found out they had sent them to the wrong address. I then left messages at Clearview Imaging about whether they actually sent my MRI results to my doctor, which all went unanswered. I called my doctor's office and asked if they had received the report and the CD with my MRI photos a few days later and they still had not.
the office staff seems pretty incompetent. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. The MRI tech who handled my MRI was great! He did a super job of keeping me calm and comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
